Duane Keiser was born in 1966 in Beaufort, South Carolina. He studied with Raymond Berry at the Randolph-Macon College in Virginia and also studied with Lennart Anderson and received MFA at the Brooklyn College in 1990. Has taught as a Adjunct Professor of Art at the Randolph-Macon College, Ashland, Virginia and the University of Richmond.
